The Role

Due to continued growth, this consultancy is seeking an Hydraulic Modeller to join their growing Sydney team.

You’ll work on a range of landmark projects that shape Australia’s built environment, collaborating closely with leading hydraulic and BIM specialists to deliver high-performing, sustainable solutions.

A typical week might see you:

• Working from their Sydney office 3-4 days per week, collaborating with talented engineers and mentors.
• Enjoying the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
• Engaging with clients and consultants to develop innovative hydraulic models and documentation.
• Contributing to multi-disciplinary project teams across building services.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 2–5 years’ experience as a Hydraulic or BIM Modeller within building services.
• Are proficient in Revit and enjoy problem-solving within design coordination.
• Bring a strong understanding of hydraulic systems design and documentation.
• Value collaboration and a consultative approach over rigid process.
• Are keen to contribute to projects that truly make a mark on the Australian skyline.
